Does Graft work for both EPDM and GRP installers?
Yes. You can set your own preferred systems and rates. Reg uses your defaults, so if you only fit EPDM, that's all he quotes.
Can I quote a repair as easily as a full re-roof?
Yes. Tell Reg "small repair, 2 square metres patch on a felt roof" and he writes a short fixed-price quote. Full re-roofs go out as detailed line-itemised quotes.
Does Graft handle MTD for flat roofing sole traders?
Yes. Graft pushes jobs and invoices into Xero or QuickBooks as you go. Your MTD digital records are kept up to date in the background.
Can Reg add scaffolding or skip hire to a quote?
Yes. Add it in the voice note ("plus a week of scaffold and a skip") and Reg puts it on the quote as a separate line. If you have a hire-company rate saved he uses it.
What if the customer wants to change the spec?
Reply to Reg with the change ("swap to GRP instead of EPDM") and he rewrites the quote. You approve it before it goes to the customer.
